Jessica's Confections is a Cardiff, UK-based chocolate business, run by me (Jess!).

Soon on this site, you'll be able to browse a selection of artisan, bean-to-bar chocolate.

Each bar is curated with carefully selected organic ingredients, plus organic milk produced in the UK.

If you've noticed that many supermarket chocolate brands are not giving you the dopamine hit they used to, it's because their milk chocolate cocoa solids percentage is around 25%-30%. Here, the milk chocolate is 50% cocoa solids, providing you with a much richer, more satisfying chocolate bar.
